Toronto has some great areas to tour halloween decorations!
While making a turn in a driveway near Yonge and Lawrence, I saw some terrific Halloween decorations. This prompted me to tour some areas around Toronto.
Leaside:
Always has some great decorations (sometimes I think there’s a competition going on between the neighbours). I didn’t make it out there to take pictures this year, but they are on the list for next year!
Yonge and Eglinton:
I enjoyed seeing some of the simple yet festive details in this area, like the witches legs hanging from the trees.
Allenby:
Getting into the festive spirit, I found lots of fun new blow-ups here.
Forest Hill:
Speaking of blow-ups, this area is usually great for a lawn full of big bright inflatables. This year I enjoyed seeing some of the detail put into decorating the gardens as well.
Cedarvale:
A fun spot that should never be missed is Glen Cedar. Every year a few more items get added to this spooky house. If you go a few days in advance, you might catch a gimpse of the family seeting it up!
I look forward to exploring more areas next Hallows’ Eve!
